Panel discussion on the Retro Classics Cologne 2017 BVfK and DEUVET presented special vintage car sales contracts together with Dipl.-Ing. Klaus Kukuk and Ing. Laura Kukuk
The wait was over. After a long and intensive development, the German Association of Independent Motor Vehicle Dealers (BVfK) and the German Association of Classic Car Clubs (DEUVET) presented the jointly developed special contract forms for the legally secure purchase and sale of classic cars. Together with classic car experts and specialised lawyers, individual forms were developed for consumer purchases, business purchases and brokerage transactions. The presentation took place in the context of a panel discussion. Participants were Laura Kukuk from the classic car expert office Klaus Kukuk, Dr. Götz Knoop, specialist lawyer for classic car law and DEUVET Vice President, and Ansgar Klein, BVfK Board Member.
