Claims Management Congress 2006 Autohaus Academy
Facts, trends and perspectives in claims management
Since 2006, the market for accident claims management has definitely been in a state of upheaval: in the last few months, trend-setting changes have been initiated for claims practice in Germany, which mean a greater change than in the last ten years. The industry is currently preoccupied with loss (or damage) management and the rapid increase in fully comprehensive insurance policies with fixed repair shops. There are also fears of an industry-wide price slide downwards in the area of claims settlement. Something is also happening in the area of residual values. Furthermore, the liberalisation of the Legal Advice Act/Legal Services Act has entered a new phase.
Your benefit:
At the Claims Management Congress 2006 of the AUTOHAUS AKADEMIE you will learn about the current developments in the field of accident claims management and what is in store for the market participants. Hear first-hand from the experts where fully comprehensive insurance with workshop commitment comes in and what counter-models there are. Also discuss the topics of claims management, labour values and cost calculation in the dealership. Use the evening event and the symposium for an intensive exchange of experiences with speakers and participants!
Her top issues:
- Insurance-controlled workshop commitment - opportunity or risk?
- Claims service PLUS and Kasko Select - car insurance with HUK-COBURG
- Strategies and concepts of the automotive industry for brand-owned car dealerships
- Current proposals for claims settlement under discussion
- Impact of type classifications on AW specifications and maintenance
- Accident claims handling in the motor vehicle business - does it (still) make business sense?

HUK-Coburg = Insurance-controlled workshop commitment Decades of work/service on and around your customer is now to be "broken" for you. Explain to your customer what he is buying for a pig in a poke with Kasko Select. He is no longer allowed to have his car repaired in the workshop he trusts with you, but is supposed to have his car repaired by companies that are completely unknown to him. What about the warranty of his car? What happens if the "repair" is not done properly and professionally, and it is discovered so late that the insurance company can no longer be held liable due to the statute of limitations. Help to ensure that savings are not made at the wrong end, at the end of your customers. The insurance industry should save on executive salaries instead of on the little man.
